This website does not sell products or accept online payments. OPA service fees, payment schedules, cancellations and any applicable refunds are governed by the written proposal or service agreement for the specific project.
Before work begins
Please review the agreed scope, milestones, payment schedule and cancellation terms before approving a project. Any advance, committed production cost, platform spend or third-party charge is handled as described in that agreement.
Changes or cancellation
Send requests to change or cancel a project in writing to opakeralam@gmail.com. OPA will refer to the applicable project agreement and confirm the next steps in writing.
If OPA later enables online payments, this policy will be updated to state the checkout, refund and statutory information that applies.
