OPA services are provided under a written project proposal or agreement. The accepted document defines the deliverables, schedule, fees, included revisions, payment milestones and approval process.
Client materials and approvals
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate information and materials they are authorized to use, reviewing proofs and securing timely approvals. Delays in materials or approvals may affect delivery dates.
Platforms and third-party costs
Ad spend, talent fees, licensing, production, distribution-platform charges and other third-party costs are included only when expressly stated. External platform access, algorithms, policies and availability are outside OPA’s control.
Rights and confidentiality
Ownership, licences, permitted uses and confidentiality obligations are set out in the relevant project agreement. OPA will not promise access to third-party rights unless the agreement specifically includes them.
Performance
OPA will perform the agreed work with professional care. Audience response, distribution, media coverage, platform reach and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless an explicit written commitment says otherwise.
